Provided leadership, direction, and oversight surrounding the implementation of research-based and data-driven practices across three campuses including 1,600+ students and approximately 300+ administrators, faculty, and staff.
Led the systemwide WASC/IB synchronized accreditation self-study including coordination of all stakeholder groups, documentation and collection of evidence, and development of a new strategic action plan.
Led the collaborative development and implementation of new Schoolwide Learner Outcomes and a systemwide Curriculum Review Cycle.

Oversaw the planning and facilitation of all systemwide educational team and operational team meetings to ensure progression of the strategic action plan and enhance collaborative practices across the organization.

Provided oversight of operations for 45+ lower school faculty and staff, along with 250 students in nursery through Grade 5.
Led the development of a schoolwide inclusive vision statement, innovative, and flexible learning spaces, and increased professional accountability grounded in the development and/or refinement of the schoolwide Learning Handbook and the Teacher Growth and Evaluation Process.
Built connections between home and school through the implementation of learning focused parent education events, Positive Discipline Parenting workshops, and Seesaw as a digital home-school communication platform.
Succeeded in leading the SCIS-Pudong IB PYP authorization process, which resulted in full-term accreditation in June 2017.
